My Story
Building the Specialist
My expertise in Human & Organizational Dynamics is grounded in three decades of intensive leadership experience. For over 34 years, my roles as a teacher, school counselor, and assistant principal demanded the mastery of core executive skills: identifying potential, driving professional development, and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics. These capabilities are not unique to schools; they are the essential building blocks of effective leaders and productive teams across every industry.
My Experience
My extensive experience as an educational leader translates directly into helping professionals and executives drive change and foster a positive workplace culture. My years as a school counselor taught me how to hold space for one-on-one coaching to help individuals build self-awareness and resilience. My background in human behavior is the foundation of my work in emotional intelligence (EQ), a skill proven to enhance decision-making, collaboration, and professional growth. I now apply this unique blend of experience to my coaching practice, helping leaders master the human skills that are often overlooked but are critical to success. I’m not just a coach; I’m a veteran professional who has a proven track record of developing people and fostering environments where they can thrive.

Why My Practice Evolved
My company, What's Next Solutions, initially focused on empowering women navigating midlife transitions. But as I began working with clients, I noticed a pattern emerged. I saw many phenomenal professionals considering leaving the careers they once loved simply because they no longer felt inspired to excel. They needed a deeper connection to their work and their potential.
As a result, my practice has proudly evolved to serve professionals and executives of all genders. I now partner with them to build stronger relationships, create truly productive teams, make more informed decisions, reduce stress, and enhance their resilience. Ultimately, I help them step into the professionals and leaders they were always meant to be.
